Abdoulie Njie NVQ Level 2 in Care

Rosemary Bull

Rosemary started learning at NVQ level 3 whilst working as a Senior Carer. One comment, following her achievement was “What do I need to do to run my own Care Home?”

Within the year, as Assistant Deputy Manager, she gained NVQ Care level 4 and Registered Managers Award. She has achieved all her personal aspirations and is now the successful owner of PenDennis, a Residential Care Home in Devon.
