- Care Learning Centre deliver 100% of training programmes in the workplace, during fortnightly visits, at a time to suit both staff and organisation needs
- Care Learning Centre will review your organisation and agree an organisation training and development plan with regular reviews and progress updates. In addition, Care Learning Centre will meet 6 monthly to review the partnership, organisation satisfaction rates, performance towards aims and training plan
- Up to date information on individual staff performance on training programmes and intervention with staff who are not progressing
