Care Learning Centre Train to Gain programmes are designed to help businesses get the training they need to succeed. Through Train to Gain, Care Learning Centre ensures employees have the right skills to do the best job.
Programmes:
Health and Social Care - for employed people working within the adult health and social care sector. Health & social care qualifications are a requirement for most health and social care employees. Your work role, additional CLC teaching, learning and assessment and Train to Gain will provide a qualification confirming these health & social care skills.
Customer Service - for employed people working within the health and social care sector. Customer service is part of every health and social care employee's daily role including: maintaining relations / dealing with clients, service users, colleagues, visitors, inspectors and health professionals. Train to Gain will provide health and social care employees with training and a qualification confirming these customer service skills.
Skills for Life - Literacy and numeracy are integrated within all Train to Gain programmes; therefore some learners will receive skills for life qualificaitons as well as their Train to Gain NVQ.
