Train to Gain programmes are designed to help businesses get the training they need to succeed. Through Train to Gain, Care Learning Centre ensures employees have the right skills to do the best job.

Train to Gain Programme

Level 2 programmes are designed for employees who provide hands on care and support. Whilst Level 3 programmes are designed for experienced, responsible employees who supervise others.

They include:-

  •  NVQ in Health and Social Care level 2 or 3 and skills for life – for employed adults
  •  NVQ in Health and Social Care level 3 – for employed adults
Learning delivery and duration

Care Learning Centre deliver Train to Gain programmes in the workplace, during fortnightly visits, at a time suit both learner and employer needs. At the start of the programme, Care Learning Centre will agree an individual learning plan and provide a scheme of work detailing all aspects of the individual Train to Gain programme. A Train to Gain programme is usually completed within 6 / 10 months.
