Learning delivery and duration
The Care Learning Centre delivers Train to Gain programmes in the workplace, during fortnightly visits, at a time to suit both learner and employer. At the start of the programme, Care Learning Centre will agree an individual learning plan and provide a scheme of work detailing all aspects of the individual Train to Gain programme. A Customer Service Train to Gain programme is usually completed within 4 / 6 months.
